Disnet Teknoloji Establishes Disnet Europe B.V. in the Netherlands; Signs Eastern Europe Distribution Agreement with BMC
20 Temmuz 2026Disnet Teknoloji A.Ş., a 100%-owned subsidiary of our company, has established Disnet Europe B.V., its wholly-owned subsidiary in the Netherlands, to manage its European operations.
Under a new regional partnership agreement signed with BMC Software Inc., Disnet Europe B.V. has been authorized to distribute BMC products and solutions in 17 Eastern European countries until December 31, 2030.

SGK Batıkent Data Center Tender Awarded to Our Company, Agreement Signed
